WELCOME VISITORS! We are thankful for your presence with us today. Weekly announcements can
be found in the back of the sanctuary. If you wish to talk about your “next steps” in faith, please contact
the pastor.

ANGELS OF HOPE TREE” in the narthex during the month of November. An outreach of one of our
ministry partners, Chicagoland Prison Outreach, gives us the opportunity to share Christmas gifts with
children and families of persons who are incarcerated.

ELIM CHRISTIAN SERVICES PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM will be with us after the new year
participating in worship. We are thankful for Elim’s presence at our weekly Food Pantry as well.

our condolences to Greg and Carey Mallory, on the death of Carey’s mother, Joan Mertens.

THE 28 TH ANNUAL STRAWBERRY FEST will be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from
11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.


Lunch consisting of delicious grilled Hamburger or Hot Dog, Cole Slaw, Chips, Beverage, and your
choice of either Strawberry Shortcake or
Sundae.

Outdoor activities for Children: Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Bounce House, Face Painting and Carnival Games. Miscellaneous concessions available for all!

Also featuring fresh baked goods, homemade jams and Craft Group sale of handmade items.

Admission at the door: Adults $9 (includes lunch and dessert), Children (ages 5-12) $5 (includes
lunch,
dessert
and unlimited outdoor activity wristband), Children (4 and under), Free. For big
appetites, additional hamburgers or hot dogs will be available for a small charge. All are invited to this great Missions event!

Proceeds will help support the following mission projects: Chicago Southern District Summer Camping 
Project, BEDS Plus,
and Palos United Methodist Food Pantry.
